1. Warranty Period

  • All products include a minimum 1-year warranty.
  • If the manufacturer specifies a longer period, the full manufacturer warranty will be honored.

2. What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing and technical defects, including:

  • Internal device malfunction
  • Electrical component failures
  • Any other factory-related defects

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

  • Incorrect installation or non-professional usage
  • Physical damage, cracks, or external breakage
  • Environmental factors (water, fire, voltage spikes)
  • Unauthorized repair attempts or modifications

4. Warranty Service

In the event of a valid claim, we provide:

  • Free product repair
  • Replacement with a new or equivalent unit
  • Professional technical support and diagnostics

5. How to Submit a Claim

To request service, please email info@mycharger.am with the following details:

  • Order information (ID or purchase date)
  • Product model and a detailed description of the issue

6. Additional Terms

Warranty is only valid if the product has been operated in strict accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
